Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or using Recall, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Recall for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account, sign-in provider, and paired workers secure. You are also responsible for activity that occurs in workspaces you own or administer.

You keep ownership of documents, prompts, chat messages, and workspace content you add to Recall. You grant Recall the limited rights needed to store, process, index, display, and transmit that content to you and collaborators you authorize.

Do not upload illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, attack or overload the service, scrape private data, bypass security controls, or use Recall to harm others.

Recall can generate summaries, search results, and answers. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Verify important information before relying on it for legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions.

Workspace owners control membership, roles, and access. If you invite collaborators, you are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to access the workspace content you share.

Paid plans, if offered, renew until cancelled. You can cancel from account settings or by contacting support. Access continues through the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

You may stop using Recall at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or use the service unlawfully.

Recall is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees you paid for Recall in the 12 months before the claim.

Material changes will receive reasonable notice in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Contact legal@recall.app with questions.
